  •  Guaranteeing the credit by pledged antiques (crystal in silver, silver things and table ware);loan interest rate is 3% (monthly).
  •  Mortgage credit at discretion of the administration,securing it by real estate (flat, private house, ground area) on the territory of Tbilisi;loan interest rate is 3-4% (monthly).
